Duran Duran, the premier band of the video generation and a pioneer of the New Romantic era, thrived longer and sold more records than any of their peers. Big Thing was the English superstars' final release of the '80s and their fifth full-length effort overall issued at the height of the danceclub culture. Chock full of intense beats and catchy keyboard hooks, Big Thing spawned the hit singles "I Don't Want Your Love" and "All She Wants Is" and proved that Duran Duran were just as interested in being exploratory artists as they were in being hitmakers. 2010 remastered version pressed on 180g double vinyl featuring one LP comprised of the original 12-track album and a second LP with four bonus remixes.
