The Ride is the highly anticipated Dave Sardy-produced sophomore effort from hotly-tipped British throwback rock 'n' roll act Catfish And The Bottlemen and follow-up to their breakout 2014 debut The Balcony. Led by the standout new single "Soundcheck" and also featuring fan favorite "7," The Ride boasts eleven old fashioned rock 'n' roll thrillers which are sure to please. "I feel like everybody started thinking too outside the box trying to be arty and different," says Catfish frontman Van McCann of his approach to The Ride. "We wanted to stay inside the box. I always say if you can play it on an acoustic guitar and win over a bar or a kitchen even of rowdy people...then you've done it...that's how I see songwriting."
